Incorporated in 1982, Community Bridges (CBI) is a community services organization that provides substance abuse prevention, education and treatment services for individuals of all ages. The organization has provided treatment to over 600,000 individuals and has served more than 380,000 people with school and community-based education programs. It offers various programs, such as crisis stabilization and medical detoxification, rural stabilization and recovery units and outpatient behavioral health programs. Community Bridges assists homeless, indigent, as well as working poor men and women with medical detoxification and other substance abuse related services.
