History
I have been involved in fitness training and coaching at different capacities since 1992. I primarily did private training but saw the limitation in reaching more people to inspire them to live a healthy lifestyle. That is when I decided to start training clients in groups. They found that the accountability, camaraderie and motivation that they get in a group setting helped them achieve their goals faster while having more fun and making new friends. Plus it is more cost effective for the client. It's a win win situation.
