With the help of Jimmy Peterson & Robbie Bowman, we opened Baby Blues in October, 2004. The reason was simple. Bring good barbeque to people who are looking for it. So we scratched our heads, drank som Jack, and put our best recipes on the table. After playing around with the styles of cooking & the methods with which to do it, we came up with a system we felt pretty happy with. We then searched for the best quality ribs we could find, the freshest produce on the market and a team of people who truly care about what they do. And that's how we're striving for perfection. Hopefully it shows!
