My passion for strength training started during my high school years. Before lifting weights, I was considered the smallest kid growing up. As a freshman, I recall being 4'10 and 94 pounds. I never experienced a growth spurt and while being in my 30s, and am still hoping for it. However through my motivation and drive, I began to achieve fitness milestones for myself. While studying at CSUF to attain my kinesiology degree, I have made many adjustments to my own program as well as learn proper lifting mechanics and using science based exercises and techniques to improve efficiency. I started training at 24 Hour Fitness my first two years and attained master trainer status. Shortly after I became an independent contractor and began a brand for myself.

Brian Lim is a highly qualified personal trainer located in the city of Pasadena located in the San Gabriel Valley. Brian graduated from CSUF with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a clinical exercise concentration. Brian has worked in numerous gym settings including the YMCA, LA Fitness, and 24 Hour Fitness. Brian has committed over 500 hours of volunteer hours at an outpatient physical therapy site in Brea. Brian specializes in clients looking to lose weight, tone body, increase strength, increase muscle size, perform corrective exercises, and increase athleticism. Designing a program tailored to each individual is important in achieving fitness goals. Pre- and Post- assessments are used to indicate the success in achieving a fitness goal. Brian focuses on each individual during the training session and frequently corrects movement patterns with both verbal and tactile feedback.
