History
Buena Tile + Stone has been servicing the Central Coast for almost 40-years. Each year we do thousands of jobs ranging from commercial buildings to estates to beach homes and on down to rentals and property flips. Our locations in Santa Barbara and Ventura both work directly with professional architects, designers, builders, landscape + pool contractors, as well as consumers. Our goal is always to achieve a successful outcome for the project owner and we achieve that well over 99% of the time. As in any industry there are challenges and sometimes they cannot be overcome due to logistics, weather, manufacturing difficulties and circumstances outside of the control of our staff. In our history, we can count the unsatisfied clients on our hands. This does not mean that every circumstance will be settled in favor of the consumer; for example, special order is special order and unless the manufacturer returns it, it cannot be returned.
