BullMark was founded out of a local office of a major national homebuilder. The founder, also a former Big 4 trained CPA and top tier MBA graduate, spotted a fundamental problem with today's real estate agents. They were all sales people and had little understanding of the real estate market. This SALE FIRST mentality and the overall structure of the real estate brokerage community (along with the mortgage lending community) led to one of the largest bubble bursts in US history.
