Training is done at this large site, with classrooms and areas for actual on-the-job training sessions. Classes are held year round and training contains courses such as the history of the cement industry, labor relations, power tools, math, measuring, estimating and many other valuable points of the cement industry.
The minimum age requirement is 16 years old and there is no maximum age. Applicants must be able to read and write in English and be able to handle the physical requirements of the work. Forms and applications for different benefits are always ready for members at the office or on line.
