HistoryMeet Coach James, CEO of Bay Boi Fitness. James was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. As a youth, he was a star athlete and extremely active. But as an adult he was less active, slept terribly and ate poorly. Like so many, he began to accept this new lifestyle. In 2009, Coach James lost his mother to cardiovascular disease. He did not understand how much nutrition and exercise could have impacted her quality of life. From that day on, he committed to regaining his health. From there, he became a Certified Personal Trainer and Bay Boi Fitness was born. Today, James and his wife Brandy are certified personal trainers specializing in one on one training and nutritional coaching. They also has a training app, virtual training program, bootcamps and dance fitness classes along with fun challenges. With a new location opening in April 2022, Bay Boi Fitness continues to grow while helping others live their best life through health and fitness!SpecialtiesBay Boi Fitness is locally owned and operated by Coaches James and Brandy Albright, Certified Personal Trainers.
