With two locations in Berkeley and one in Lincoln, Nebraska, Chocolatier Blue is well on its way to becoming one of the great chocolate makers in the country. It's the brainchild of chef Chris Blue, whose passion for sustainable and organic agriculture ultimately led him to divine new techniques for making chocolate confections. He uses only the finest Amedei chocolate, reputed to be the best in the world, and only fresh ingredients—no extracts, compounds or pre-made purees. This Fourth Street shop also sells a small range of cookies and some freshly made ice cream in various flavors.
