Monrovia City Hall is a part of the City of Monrovia in California. Incorporated in 1887, the city has a population of more than 35,000 people. It manages the Monrovia Police Department, which operates support services and operations divisions, as well as handles felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. The city also has a fire department that conducts annual fire inspections. It manages a public works department that provides street sweeping, graffiti removal, sidewalk improvement, and storm drain and park maintenance services. In addition, the city operates the Monrovia Public Library, which offers access to a variety of books, records, videos, CDs and DVDs.
