Every Picture Tells A Story

Every Picture Tells a Story is a unique art gallery and store that makes its home on Montana Avenue. It is one of the only galleries to display and sell fine artwork from the countless illustrated stories that we have come to know and love. It has original and limited edition prints and illustrations from children's books, fantasy stories and even comic books. It features works from Marvel Comics, Charlotte's Web, Dr. Seuss and Where the Wild Things Are, to name just a few among the many favorites in the shop's collection. Art Lab

Art Lab is the love child of the folks at Luxe Lab, the ultra trendy salon that is located one door down. It is a mix between a hair salon, music venue and art gallery in the middle of Montana Avenue. This fusion of art, music and hair gives this salon a unique vibe, to say the least. It even has a DJ who spins music all day long and local artists' work lines the walls. To top it off, Art Lab also gives back to the community, raising money for organizations and various causes in the area. Now for the hair part: Art Lab has around 10 stylists, and like Luxe Lab, it takes its hair very seriously. The salon does highlights, color and glazing, all with L'Oreal professional hair-care products. It also specializes in permanent waves, the Brazilian blowout, thermal ionic straight perming and Nordic hair extensions.
