Cypress Construction Services is a contracting company located in Santa Cruz. Owned and operated by Michael Downey, he and his team of 12 perform various construction services from the ground up. Downey himself is experienced in carpentry and general maintenance, while his crew's area of expertise includes plumbing, HVAC, roofing/flooring, cabinetry, painting, masonry and more. Nearly all services necessary in the start-up construction of a new home are covered by Cypress.
