Since the 1940's, the Church of God has been a place of daily service that offers the opportunity for the Carmichael community to reach out and obtain an intimate relationship with God. The church offers worship services twice a week, a bible story time on Tuesdays, bible study classes, and a Spanish class. The Church of God 's website links to blogs for middle school and high school students, as well as blogs for young adults, young married couples, mature adults and seniors. The church spans over two acres, providing a school and recreational facilities.
