Erik s DeliCafe was established in 1973 and operates restaurants throughout Northern California. The caf features healthy foods served in a warm atmosphere. It serves slow-simmered soups, fresh salads, bakery goods, and sandwiches prepared with quality meats, cheeses and produce. Erik s DeliCafe serves turkey, chicken, roast beef, pastrami, tuna salad and smoked ham sandwiches. The caf s bread selection includes nine-grain wheat, corn rye, peppered onion, sweet French, sliced sourdough and white pocket varieties. It makes vegetable soup, New England clam chowder, tomato basil bisque and Texas chili. Erik s DeliCafe also specializes in catering. The caf has a location in Santa Cruz, Calif.
