Our business idea came about after we build our own brick pizza oven in our backyard. That inspired the idea of mobile wood-fired pizzeria that we can bring to other people's home, office or at any occasion. We love antiques and vintage things so instead of a tradional food truck we chose to fully restored and bring back to life and old beauty (1952 International Harvester) truck.

Innovation, freshness, and delectable wood-fired pizza are things Flour Dust is excited to bring to Roseville's table. Our Pizzaiolo Mano knows pizza is so much more than dough and toppings. He took it upon himself, with the help of his dad, to build his own pizza oven. That was the first step toward a bigger dream. From there he went all the way to Florence, Italy, where he trained at the renowned Bivero Pizza Academy. After that, Flour Dust Pizza Company was born. Our goal is to bring enticing flavors to Roseville and be something the community can be proud of. The quality of our pizza is grounded in the premium ingredients we use - San Marzano tomatoes and 00 Flour - which come straight from Italy. This authenticity, plus high-quality ingredients, results in mouthwatering flavors. Just like our booming city, we're always looking toward the future - and our culture of family and delicious wood-pizza will always stay the same. Welcome, from our family to yours.
