First owned by Bob Williams Sr. who opened up the shop in 1975. Family owned and operated, it was eventually passed down to his son Bob Williams Jr. Hangtown Body Shop has made a name for itself through excellent customer service and the desire to go above and beyond for each customer since day one. In the fall of 2011, Bob Williams Jr. was involved in a car accident and passed away shortly after due to complications. Dan Dewater became the new owner in the Summer of 2012. Dan was very eager to help out the Williams family and start up his own business again. Having previously owned a shop in the early 90's, Dan has always had a desire to run a Body Shop. And that basically brings us up to today :)
