Herb's collective started as a series of small Medical collectives serving the Prop 215 patients throughout San Jose at the most affordable prices in the city. Since new regulations in San Jose have zoned dispensaries into the more industrial areas of San Jose, we have happily moved locations to a hidden gem nestled between Costco wholesale and the San Jose fairgrounds. We now serve both the medical patients and recreational users of San Jose.
