After spending almost 20 years in the real estate industry we saw a need for reliable, trust-worthy, certified home inspectors and added that service to our company offering. The demand for our home inspection services became so great that we decided to specialize in that area and expand our services to include commercial property inspection and environmental testing. Today we are 100% focused on general and commercial inspection providing a multitude of services utilizing state-of-the-art equipment: *Custom Robot equipped w/HD Camera for tight crawl spaces *Drone technology for hard-to-reach roofing *FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras to photograph behind walls *State of the art Sewer Line Equipment We pride ourselves on providing fast and efficient service as well as 24 hour turn-around on inspection reports. We employ Certified Master Inspectors who are extremely knowledgeable and our prices are competitive.
Specialties
We specialize in General Home Inspection including the roof, the foundation, all crawl spaces including underneath the home or inside the home such as an attic as well as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fireplaces and all appliances. We also offer General Pool/spa inspections. As part of our Gold Package we offer Infrared Thermal Imaging of the walls to check for high moisture levels and potential leaks. With our Platinum Package we offer a Video Camera Sewer Line Scope to check for blockages, cracks and separations in the sewer line that would be costly to repair.
