Inline Plans, Inc was founded and is located in San Francisco, California. We started as a partnership in 1982 and incorporated as Information Services, Inc in 1984. In 2000, our corporate name was changed to Inline Plans, Inc as a statement of our mission, to assist our clients in keeping their Qualified Plans "in line" with government regulations. The IRS and DOL regulate qualified plans and an Employer adopting such a Plan must maintain its Plan in accordance with these rules to avoid liability and unintended taxes and penalties, including the loss of the Plan's status as a qualified, tax-sheltered entity. We are here to help you through this maze. We assist Employers in all aspects of their Plan administration from setup through termination. We do not invest or handle retirement funds, but often assist in setting up accounts. We work closely with your outside consultants, such as accountants and investment professionals, upon request. Mary McAllister is the president and founder of the business. Mary has a B.S. in Economics from Utah State University and an M.B.A. from U.C.-Berkeley. She has been directly involved in the retirement plan business since 1980. Victoria Kennedy has been employed in the retirement plan business since 1981 and is both a Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified Pension Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Michelle Hunter has been our administrative assistant since 1988 and keeps us organized while greeting our callers with a smile in her voice. She previously worked for a Big-8 accounting firm ( as they were known at that time ).
