KoJa, short for Korean-Japanese, was born from our desire to reinvent the way Korean and Japanese dishes were traditionally prepared and served. By combining the best of both cuisines, KoJa Kitchen was born. We hope to serve our KoJa burgers and other inventive fusion dishes for many years to come.
