The La Jolla Alta Master Council (LJAMC) is a non-profit corporation that owns and operates the La Jolla Alta Clubhouse, as well as maintaining land parcels in the Van Nuy's and La Jolla Alta canyons. Comprised of 5 sub-associations and over 600 homes, LJAMC members are legal homeowners of the communities, each receiving copies of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) and the Bylaws of the La Jolla Alta Master Council upon purchasing their homes.
The LJAMC Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and management of the Clubhouse, ensuring its maintenance, preservation, control, and operation. With a focus on providing amenities and services to its members, the LJAMC serves as a central hub for the La Jolla Alta community, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation among its residents.
