James E. Lund, an Escondido native, graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University School of Law in 1979. Mr. Lund has been on the Superior Court arbitration list for 19 years and has acted as a Judge Pro Tem both in the municipal court and superior court. He was the chairman of the Business Law Section of the North County Bar Association for a total of 4-1/2 years. He has been a requested lecturer for real estate and business MCLE programs and has published several. Mr. Lund specializes in helping small businesses with all aspects of their legal planning, including business transactional work such as corporate and partnership formation, operation, and dissolution, business acquisitions and sales including asset and stock sales. Mr. Lund also has over 25 years experience in civil litigation in the business and real property areas. Finally, he has extensive experience in real property, including all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential property.
