History
After admission to the Bar in 2001, Mr. Landie practiced at Winet, Patrick and Weaver, a medium size firm in San Diego. There he immediately gained experience in defending a wide spectrum of cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, property line disputes, premises liability and construction defect cases. Mr. Landie also served as staff counsel for an insurance company for several years, where he was responsible for managing a large case load, while defending suits and coordinating with counsel in jurisdictions throughout California. Ready for something new, Mr. Landie worked with a small firm in Newport Beach largely representing subcontractors and litigating public works disputes. In 2007, after successfully working in a number of different environments and gaining a wealth of experience in multiple areas of the law, Mr. Landie began his own practice.
