Two test patches where he applied sealant stripper before stating "it doesn't work". The hazy sealant was removed - it worked.

What the concrete looked like in Nov 2020 (prior to any rain). Sealed and the stain was deeper/brighter - no haze.

Many grout spots were not localized to the expansion joints, and were smeared.
