The company was founded on Merideth's driving passion to help professionals draw more than just a paycheck from their jobs. As the demand for services grew, Merideth and husband/business partner Kevin surrounded themselves with a talented career coaching and consulting team who together apply a practical, structured, and focused approach to working with clients in a variety of sectors. The MMI team of experts includes: master coaches, resume writers, job search consultants/recruiters, and professional photographers. Together, our rich and varied experience in the career development and coaching arenas inform our approach to helping clients navigate the journey of personal and professional change.
