At MPX Strength Studio we use a machine similar to the pilates reformer, called the X Former, to take clients through 45-60 minutes of high-intensity strength training. All classes are low impact, but don't let that fool you - our instructors will guide you through a series of functional movements that target your core, legs and upper body. We offer small, personalized group fitness classes so you'll feel like you get the benefits of a personal trainer for the price of group fitness. We also offer mobility classes to make sure you maintain normal range of motion for your joints and muscles. Do you have a stiff spine? Stiff hips? Tight hamstrings? Come take our mobility class taught by a licensed physical therapist and leave feeling like you could float out of the studio.
