Precision Engravers and Trophy Shop has moved to a new location at 1365 Laurel Street. The store has been in business for over 40 years and is the creator of the Pioneer Plaque that was displayed on the Pioneer spacecraft. According to wikipedia, this spacecraft "was the first spacecraft to travel through the asteroid belt, on July 15, 1972, and to make direct observations of Jupiter." Customers can purchase a replica of this plaque and have a little piece of history that was created right in San Carlos.
