I worked for a Construction Company performing work at union sites. I went up from a laborer to a concrete finisher, than ran a small crew of four workers for the contractor. I had learned a lot including welding, steelwork, roofing, masonry work and much more. That time I wasn't making union wages and the contractor did not want to pay me what I deserved knowing that we did all the trades work which were against union rules.
