History
After graduating from Seattle University with a bachelors degree in Sports & Exercise Science, I spent spending over two years working with physical therapists and my own personal training clients before starting my own business. Since then I have continued to train clients, applying what I have learned while constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and knowledge.
Specialties
I have a background in strength training, athletic conditioning, and injury rehabilitation/corrective exercise. My goal as a trainer is to provide clients with guidance on reaching a high level of physical fitness and improving their movement efficiency. I believe that hard work combined with individualized programming can help anyone achieve a greater quality of life. With over 8 years in the business I can meet clients wherever they are fitness wise to make significant changes. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or somebody completely new to fitness I can get you to the next level.
