History
In 2008 I established CrossFit Costa Mesa with the vision of building a holistic health and wellness center. During that time my youngest brother came to live with me and my wife after he was diagnosed with bipolar type 2 and substance abuse. The dual diagnosis was extremely difficult to find help. I sold my gym to pay for my brother's rehab. On April 15th 2011, I lost my brother to suicide. Shortly after, my daughter was born on April 16th 2012. About 3 months later my wife and I filed for divorce, 3 months after that I lost my job and moved back to my home town in Fresno. Since then, I've done every workshop, certification, class, book, retreat I could find, and now, I'm picking up that original vision, my mission, holistic health and wellness coaching, and sharing the mindset, the habits, the tactics to create abundance! Specialties
I take people through a series of exercises to get clarity on their values and beliefs, realize their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, develop daily rituals to achieve those goals, and weekly accountability to create their ideal life. We start with an assessment designed to shine light on all areas of life. We look at relationship and family, physical, business or career, financial, spiritual, mental, and lifestyle. Then we go through core values and beliefs. Your values are your GPS nav system in life and defining them is critical to direct your life. Next we set some goals. Revisiting the key categories of life, we set some well rounded and balanced goals. Goals usually reveal limiting beliefs and limiting decisions and here's an opportunity to let go of past significant emotional events. We do this through the use of Time Line Therapy. A very quick and non-voyeuristic (I don't actually need to know the details at all) approach to letting go of the limiting beliefs and limiting decisions from the past. It's also an opportunity to assess strengths and weaknesses through the enneagram profile. After this, we will establish daily habits and rituals to support and lead to success in those goals. This establishes the baseline. From here there are many different paths we can take.
