11/27/19 - Nothing has been done to fix the issue. The roofing company contracted by Anza has been here since the beginning of October.

As of Dec. 2. Bigger cracks and ceiling dipping a bit. No help. Nothing.

As of Dec. 1, 2019. Ceiling now starting buckle. No end in sight and no help from Anza.

***UPDATE 12/3/2019*** Patchwork with cardboard. They've forced me to allow them to enter tomorrow before inspectors see the interior.

As of today 12/9/2019 bolted with cardboard.

12/2/2019. Update as of today, my ceiling has started to fall with no end in sight.

Magnolia Apartments

The NoHo Boulevard Apartments, formerly the Magnolia Apartments, were renovated in 2000. This complex is popular with North Hollywood residents because of its affordability and proximity to the growing NoHo Arts District. It has gated access, with gated and covered parking. Each apartment features air conditioning, vertical blinds and wood-style floors. Many come already furnished, and refrigerators are available to rent for all units. Dogs are not allowed, but cats are with a $300 deposit.
