Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he'd want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company's mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good.
