Growing up in the village of Turtle Rock in Irvine, both my parents were Realtors and there was never a dinner conversation that didn't involve Real Estate. I began passing out flyers on my Rollerblades at age 7 for 10 cents a house, and by age 10 I realized I could leverage myself by enlisting friends to deliver the flyers for 5 cents a house and keeping the profit. When the first electronic MLS was introduced I immediately mastered the system and began assisting my parents with market analysis and administrative tasks. I obtained my license when I was 19 and soon began working with one of the top agents in the world. Working as a small team, we grew the business to a point where we achieved yearly sales in excess of $100 million and participated in several of the record Orange County sales, including the highest sale in Orange County history at $35 million. Following this 7 year mentorship, I began to build my own brand and achieved sales in excess of $6 million in the first year.
