Definitely don't have a 24/hr maintenance man. He doesn't pick up. I just called and no answer . Apartment needs to be revamped . A lot of work needs to be done .

Charisma Apartments

Charisma Apartments is a small, 26-unit, gated community. It does not allow pets and offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each units has a wood-burning fireplace, central heating and air, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Second floor units have vaulted ceilings. It is a quiet and friendly complex and requires a 12-month lease.
