Warrior 1 Yoga is the only Pure Hot Yoga Studio in Bakersfield! We opened February 2014 We also sell in variety of high-end fitness apparel and women's clothing.
Specialties
Our 950SF facility is equipped with padded hot yoga mat flooring, state of the art Spa Quality Infrared Heating used for detoxification and stretching deeper, air purification system, air circulation system, purified air humidifier system, showers, and high-end yoga apparel available for purchase. We offer a wide selection of yoga classes, which include, Hot Ashtanga, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Power Yoga, Warm Beginner Yoga, Hot Absolute, Bikraam, Sculpt and Butt lift Hot Yoga. Classes are heated between 95-106 Degrees with 30-50% humidity and last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes per class. Our studio provides a cold Lemongrass or Lavender scented towel for your face after each class. Our Stockdale location is open 7 days a week starting at 5am and ending at 7:30pm and close during the week from 1:00pm-3:30pm. Calloway hours vary. Please call or check our schedule online for more detailed times. We welcome every level of yoga student and highly recommend our Friday 10:00am-10:45am for your first warm easy hot yoga class.
