Power issues: phone not powering on, turn on then off, doesn't charge. Audio Issues: phone won't ring, other can't hear you or vice versa, static sound, or low volume. Water Damaged: submerged in water, water spilled, moisture. Software Issues: phone frozen, won't load to main screen, need upgrade. We don't fix television.
