Tried to order pretzels and he told me that we had to wait 30 minutes. The guy didn't even have any mocha drinks I we asked for. Needs to hire more staff or shut down.

This place is open. I just went there last week. Friendly service. Went there when it just opened for the day. Had the pretzel bites. They were out of a dip but that was ok.
