I work alongside individuals, couples, and families to help them find connection with those around them, and to help them integrate specific ideas into their life to accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. I have experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, trauma (past and present), grief, loss, relational problems, disconnection, depression, and other transitional life issues. I offer a safe space for people to come, be themselves, and find refuge in the midst of adversity.
