HistoryInspired Athletic Movement, LLC was dreamt up by Nicole Irlbeck and Erica Sigel of Restoration Fitness, LLC. They wanted to create a place where they could bring their heart to work and share their love of fitness with others. They have a great desire to see everyone love their body and support them in reaching their goals in life. They feel incredibly blessed to be sharing their dreams together and having the ability to collaborate with other like-minded and amazing coaches. In a world where fitness has traditionally been dominated by men, they also knew they had a special gift to bring as collaborating women to those who wanted a fitness home that was both intentional about results and nurturing at the same time.SpecialtiesInspired Athletic Movement is home to the everyday athlete. What is so special about our gym? We provide fun, inspiring, and varied classes with some of the greatest and most passionate coaches around who have committed their lives to helping our everyday athletes get stronger and bolder with every session. The best news is, we don't ask you to beat your neighbor, or work past fatigue with every class. In fact, we pride ourselves on giving you programming that fits your needs. You can choose from yoga, circuit training, TRX, core, sports conditioning, and even rehab focused classes. You are never just a number, and our classes never exceed more than 12 members!
