HistoryWhen I moved to Boulder Colorado in late ''83 I had already been teaching yoga in Hawaii. I started studying asana with Richard Freeman. I made my living being a potter and eventually a drum maker. I traveled the country doing Renaissance Fairs. I didn't come back to teaching until the year 1999. I decided to become a yoga teacher on a solo wilderness retreat, which I did many. I took Richards teacher training and started teaching. Since 1999 I have taught steadily, totaling over 5500 classes to present. In 2002, I discovered the wisdom of yoga therapy pioneer Mukunda Stiles. I studied with him for four years. That changed the way I taught. I also attended the Estes Park Yoga Journal conferences for 8 years. I started seeing private clients in 2004 in Y. therapy, ayurvedic massage and assessment. Teaching privately is one the favorite parts of my life.
