Push Gym is a high-intensity training facility that has been serving clients for fitness and physical therapy in the Denver area since 2004. Our workouts are designed to be efficient and difficult, though always manageable. We adjust and change each session to give you a different and challenging workout every time you come in. High Intensity Interval Training at its best, whether in one of our small group fitness classes or with a personal trainer in a 1 on 1 session. At PUSH we have been doing HIIT training long before any of the franchises were around. We use our cool space filled with battle ropes, smash balls, kettle bells, sleds and a slew of other functional fitness equipment pieces. First 3 classes are free, please mention this ad.
