Chefs and owners Steven Kopf and Chris Wuestenhoefer were trained at The New York Restaurant School and Johnson & Wales, and they have both had experience in high-end New York restaurant life. Focusing on quality and presentation, the caterers create their masterpieces at the Hall. Some tasty dishes include: Toasted Lemon Orzo Salad or Brie Pear and Endive on a Mini Walnut Raisin Roll.
