Gabriele's has fused the steakhouse with Italian finesse, producing an Italian steakhouse. The menu offers pastas, steaks, pork chops, salads and house specials, which include lobster arragiate, Berkshire pork chop, Russian king crab legs and pan-roasted chicken. The restaurant has a wood-burning, stone fireplace and an unpolished granite bar. Private dining is possible and is available in the wine cellar, which contains more than 2,000 bottles.
