This little hole-in-the-wall establishment serves just three things: pizza, soda and beer. But this isn't just any pizza. It's baked in a 115-year-old coal-fired brick oven. If you like your menu simple and your pizza crispy and singed on the edges, this is the place for you. "We're still in the Stone Age," says longtime owner Paul Bernier, "and we want to stay there." Bernier started working at The Little Rendezvous in 1962. He took over the shop in 1982. People come from all over Connecticut to sample his special pie. There can be a long wait, especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
