Soup Thyme is a charming soup and sandwich shop started by professional chef Ronald Lee in 2005. Each day he makes 9 to 12 soups which range from gourmet soups like roasted butternut squash, white bean and sausage, and gazpacho to classics like cream of mushroom and "Flu-Buster Chicken Noodle." In addition to soup, Lee also creates fresh sandwiches and salads, like the Thyme Capsule, made with tomato, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and pesto. Soup Thyme has both indoor and outdoor seating.
