We spent over a year touring the US and South America looking for the best farms to work with. We settled on the US MidWest as the best place to source of beef and Uruguay for our grass fed. We import our Wagyu directly from Japan. Meat N' Bone was born out of the love of high quality beef and the lack of good quality suppliers in Miami. Receiving beef by mail is slow and expensive. Local options are very limited. Grocery stores focus on volume instead of quality and customer service is often lacking. We believe customer service is a responsibility. The American Midwest has the perfect conditions to grow high quality cattle for meat consumption. Our business was born to address the market of people
