Frangipani Hair Studio was started in Jacksonville Beach in 2002 by Shanna Swing Leynes. She went on to open a location in Avondale and then Atlantic Blvd. When a location in Julington Creek became available Shanna then partnered with her long time manager, Kelly Weary, to launch Frangipani Julington Creek. Kelly and Shanna aim to bring the same upscale experience to the clients in Julington Creek area.
