Scratches all over my brand new car caused by the detailer.

What is this??? It was a dark liquid I had to clean / dry off...gross

Second experience didn't cross all the t's or dot all the i's...

Areas of dirt/debris not cleaned as I paid for. The photo of the window shows some type of smear that's really hard to get off. Never again!
