My experience at Promises Five Palms was great. The facility is very nice and the staff are excellent. I really felt empowered to deal with my problems after my experience here.

i wasn't prescribed any withdrawal medication. Staff only realized when I had severe anxiety. BHT to patient ratio is low. Physical fights broke out. Very poor experience.

Please stay away from this center. The amount of pain I feel from this place is unreal. I was a respectful patient who did not cause any problems. I was really trying to get better and I genuinely...
