History
Joyce Doolittle, founder of the company, opened the ice cream shop in October of 1983. At that time, they offered only soft serve ice cream and related dessert items. Several years later, they purchased their first batch freezer so that Joyce could make hard ice cream. On February 2007, the store was severely damaged by a tornado, but reopened in the spring of 2007. Since then family members have continued her tradition of offering delicious ice cream products.
